The following video shows an officer shooting a suspect after he pulls out a toy gun on him, back in June of this year. I respect the difficult job that these officers face every day they show up to work but what happened that day (according to reports) seems to be a gross injustice. According to the M.E.'s report, the suspect was shot 11 times and the majority of the wounds were to the back. What's NOT shown in this version of the video is the officer CONTINUING to fire from the other side of the car SEVERAL seconds after his initial shot. The officer was cleared to go back to work after a grand jury found no wrong doing in the video. If anyone wants a link to see the UNCUT version showing the continued firing, let me know.
What ever happened to just 2 in the chest? Lemme know what your thoughts are on this one.

Dayumn 11 shots!!!!
thats crazy
Id rather see cops with tazers then guns
Half of the cops i came across are either dirty or brainwashed with a chip on their shoulder and think they are above the law anyway
Agreed. Or in this case, they are complete pussies and are so scared they need to slam 11 bullets in a person before they feel safe.
I can pretty much argue both sides on this story. The question is: At what point, if any, did the officer realize it was a toy gun? If I was pulling over a perp and he took out what looked to be a gun... I would unload a full clip on him. Its easy to ask...What happend to 2 in the chest?... but when you are in the moment, adrenaline is pumping and the last thing on your mind is protocol. I don't understand what the perp was trying to accomplish with his actions but POLICE SUICIDE comes to mind.
Pensivelion - Couple of points I wanna go over. First, people like you and me can argue both sides of ANY story...that's just the way we're built. SO. You ask at what point did the officer realize that the gun was fake? Well, I hoping for the sake of "justice", it was when he walked over to the dead body. What i find odd is that the officer didn't realize it was not REAL when it never FIRED and made noise. Weird.
"but when you are in the moment, adrenaline is pumping and the last thing on your mind is protocol."
This is what you said.
Then with all do respect my friend, becoming a Police Officer is not for anyone who has this idea. There is a reason why being a Police Officer is considered to be a prestigious duty. The fact that they get paid shit just adds on to the sympathy we all have for them. But when you take a little bitch like the one in the video and you give him a badge and a gun....you get stupid shit like this. He's "riding" both sides of the fence. He wants the GLORY of being a police officer but will shoot any muthafucka 11 times because his adrenaline got the best of him???? C'mon! 11 times, the majority of them to the back? You saw the suspect go down after the FIRST shot and still the officer didn't verify the possession of a weapon? Obviously the suspect wasn't well in the head, suicide or not, he wasn't well. And we can't just kill people cause they suffer from some sort of disorder or illness. If these cops have a problem with that, then they don't belong on the fuckin force. Pussies like that should not carry a badge, much less a gun.
Beast... i will start off with a question. If you and I are cut from the same fabric when it comes to arguing either side, why would you argue for a crazy motherfaker that obviously wanted to get shot by a PEACE officer, by pulling the stunt he did. Let's be honest, you can fire off "two in the chest" at the shooting range all day, but there are no drills or excercises that you can put yourself through that will prepare you for shit like this video captured.
On a sided note, the media loves to prey on stories like this...where they can expose what they call "crooked", "dirty" cops.
I will reiterate and end with this... you pull out what looks to be a gun on me... and its either going to be you or me..... AND ITS NOT GOING TO BE ME.
Pensivelion my man. Ok check it. You ask why am I arguing for "a crazy motherfuker that obviously wanted to get shot by a PEACE officer"?? Well first off cause I am the KING when it comes to Lincoln vs.Douglas debates. But my REAL reason is because he's dead and apparently NO ONE is defending the guy. It's real easy to jump on the bandwagon and side with the officer. Now you used a key phrase that I'd like reintroduce...."CRAZY MUTHAFUCKA". Yes, this man was apparently insane, whether this was a planned suicide or he felt he could pull out a toy gun and kill the officer....EITHER WAY...he's crazy. So with that established, do I assume that you feel that our fellow "insane" citizens deserve no special treatment. That if they get pulled over or stopped, they BEST drop the insanity act cause our police department employs pussies who are trigger happy??? I think not. That's ridiculous.
The report shows that the dumbfuck of a cop DID NOT properly search the suspect. Had he done his job, he would have found the TOY gun and detained the suspect appropriately. There's no dirty cops here, just stupid dumbfucks who shoot people 11 times....most in the back.
If you're not going to follow your training and abide by the procedures you were given, then you don't belong on the god damn street with a fuckin gun. PLAIN AND SIMPLE.
MR. CEREBRAL,
First of all I find it easier to jump on the established crazy persons bandwagon then it is the dumbass cop's bandwagon...but that is just me. Its like actually admiting your a republican during Bush's tenure...not any easy thing to do. But i think you missed my point, beast, what i boiled it down to was, that i dont care if the mothafaker is crazy, insane, rich, poor, mexican- if you pull out a gun on me I am unloading on your TEE-DE-TEE ass (by the way that is another good top ten list - Comedians, but dont include Carlos Mencia, he dont belong).
Other than that i fully agree with the fact that this C.O.P. (CITIZEN OF PUSSYVILLE) should have correctly made an arrest, but of course not all of us have access to police records...or do we.
